As a UX Researcher and Designer, I combine analytical rigour and an empathy-driven passion for solving complex problems. This unique blend allows me to delve deep into human needs, behaviours, and systemic changes, ensuring that my designs are not only innovative but also grounded in solid evidence and human-centred principles.

My academic journey began with a BA (Hons) in Product Design from Nottingham Trent University, followed by an MDes in Interaction Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design. These qualifications form the foundation of my expertise in design and research.

In my career, I've navigated multiple sectors like information and communications technology, healthcare, emergency management, and governance, and risk and compliance (GRC), always focusing on developing inclusive solutions that resonate across diverse user groups. I relish the challenge of untangling the complex labyrinths of 'whys,' 'whats,' and 'hows' to uncover the core of each problem. My approach goes beyond finding solutions; it prioritizes a deep understanding of human psychology coupled with strategic thinking.

I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and mentoring aspiring designers. My teaching experience encompasses a range of topics, such as 3D modelling for Mixed Realities, design thinking, and SDG goals, among others.
